Helping People in Africa See Better

You can give the gift of better sight by donating your no longer wanted eyeglasses — prescription or over-the-counter — to people in need in Africa.  Somers Vision Clinic has a box for collecting these glasses, which are shipped to a remote village in Zambia.  These glasses are especially important for students, who might otherwise drop out of school because they can’t see well enough to read.  Thank you in advance for your kindness!
